Sweepstakes open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in California and where prohibited by law.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 2/26/2007 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 4/2/2007, log on to www.samueladams.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Limit one entry per person/per valid email address. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION. Or on a plain piece of 3" X 5" paper, hand print your name, complete address (including zip code), birth date, and your telephone number (including area code) where you can be reached between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST and mail to Samuel Adams Unrivaled Hops Sweepstakes PO Box 3652, Dept. E ST. Cloud, MN 56397-3652. Mail entries must be postmarked 4/2/2007 and received by 4/10/07 to be eligible. Email entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 4/2/2007. All entries become the sole property of The Boston Beer Company and will not be returned.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 4/17/2007 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Fulfillment Systems Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

3. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (1) Prize - Winner and up to five (5) guests will receive a trip to Dayton, OH for the opening round of the 2008 basketball tournament and a trip to their choice of city, for the 1st and 2nd rounds of the 2008 basketball tournament. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare transportation from the major airport nearest winner’s residence, subject to Sponsor approval, to tournament cities selected by winner (Dayton, OH and 1st/2nd round city), double occupancy hotel accommodations for one (1) night in Dayton, OH and two (2) nights in the 1st/2nd round city (three (3) hotel rooms in each city) and $1,000 spending money. TICKETS TO TOURNAMENT GAMES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE. (ARV: $6,000.00) Actual retail value will depend on 1st/2nd round city selected, point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. All costs and expenses not expressly included above are the sole responsibility of winner. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to the winner. Travel to Dayton, OH site must be between March 18 and March 19, 2008 and to the 1st/2nd round city between March 20, 2008 and March 24, 2008. All travelers must travel on the same itinerary from and return to the same location.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open to only resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except CA residents), who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. employees of The Boston Beer Company ("Sponsor") and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers and alcoholic beverage retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in CA and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Prize winner’s guests (who must be 21 years of age or older) must sign and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner’s attempted notification. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., passport) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor. Winner will be notified by mail/telephone/email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. No cash alternative. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/email, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any email entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitting email address). Potential winners may be required to provide sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid email account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on-line at www.samueladams.com and all eligible entries collected prior to the time of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility or the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than state in Rule #3. Acceptance of prize, constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name likeness, picture, signature, voice, audio and video recordings and biographical information in ay manner or media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised) anywhere in the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
