The results are in! Congratulations to Ronald Mahan of Kentucky, Ben
Miller of New Mexico, Michael Robinson of New Hampshire, and Jason Roeper of
Ohio for being selected as finalists in the 2009 Samuel Adams® American
Homebrew Contest®. All four will join us at the Great American Beer
Festival in Denver where we’ll announce which beers will be included in the
2010 LongShot® variety pack.
If you find yourself at the GABF, please be sure to stop by the LongShot
booth to meet the finalists and vote on the third brew to be included in the LongShot
variety pack from our Samuel Adams employee homebrew contest.
This year’s LongShot competition yielded over 1,500 entries from
just under 1,000 homebrewers! This is proof positive that homebrewing is
alive and well!
Score sheets will be mailed to each entrant within the next few weeks.
Once again, thank you for participating and congratulations to all of you on a
job well done!
