Yield: Makes 4 cups; serves 12

Sauté apples with butter. Add Samuel Adams Boston Lager® and brown sugar. Reduce heat. Serve and cover apple w/ ice cream.


  • 3 ounces Samuel Adams Boston Lager® 
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
