The brewers at Samuel Adams are proud to be the official beer sponsor of the 122nd Boston Marathon. When Jim Koch, founder and brewer of Samuel Adams, released his first batch of Samuel Adams Boston Lager to the public, it was on Patriots’ Day (the day of the Boston Marathon) in 1985, right here in Boston. The alliance of two of Boston’s most recognized and beloved brands will give the city one more reason to be proud of this heralded event.
