Coffee Beans: 
Sumatra Mandheling coffee beans from Indonesia are grown in volcanic soil, and give rich chocolate and earthy flavors along with more body and a mild acidity

Indian Monsoon Malabar:
Over a century ago during Great Britain’s rule, beans were shipped to Europe during monsoon season in wooden vessels exposing them to high humidity that changed their size, texture, color & flavor.  To re-create that character, these beans are exposed to monsoon rain & winds for 3-4mo’s developing a smooth complexity with lower acidity.
