When we opened our Boston Brewery in 1988, we brewed Boston Ale to mark the occasion. This cellar aged ‘stock’ ale is distinctly American, aged at lower temperatures to create a smooth, full-bodied brew packed with earthy English hops and a subtle malt sweetness.
